You'll sit within operations, supporting the day-to-day running of the business across admin, systems, and coordination. This role touches most parts of the business, from recruitment support to compliance admin, giving broad exposure to how a growing consultancy actually runs.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Support general office administration and correspondence
- Assist with maintaining accurate records across CRM and internal trackers
- Support recruitment admin (scheduling, candidate correspondence)
- Help maintain compliance documentation and filing
- Assist with invoice tracking and basic operational reporting
- Support the Operations Manager on ad hoc projects and internal systems work
