About Us

We are a local established company based in Yate dealing in the repairs of domestic white goods for over 30 years. We are looking for someone to join our small friendly team in the office as an administrator.

Duties

Including making phone calls, writing emails and customer correspondence.

Duties will include:

  • Incoming and outcoming calls
  • Diary management
  • Using our system to raise new job requests and booking in customers
  • Corresponding with our business clients

Other duties may include:

  • Going through deliveries
  • Ordering spare parts
  • Closing down completed jobs
  • Taking payments over the phone for customers

Wage

  • £15,600 for your first year, then could increase depending on your age
  • National Minimum Wage rate for apprentices
  • Minimum wage rates opens in new tab

Hours

  • Monday- Friday, 9am- 5pm 37.5 hours a week
  • 37 hours 30 minutes a week

Start Date

  • Saturday 1 August 2026

Course Contents

Skilled in the use of multiple IT packages and systems relevant to the organisation in order to:

  • Write letters or emails, create proposals, perform financial processes, record and analyse data.
  • Choose the most appropriate IT solution to suit the business problem.
  • Update and review databases, record information and produce data analysis where required.

Produces accurate records and documents including:

  • Emails, letters, files, payments, reports and proposals.
  • Makes recommendations for improvements and present solutions to management.
  • Drafts correspondence, writes reports and able to review others' work.
  • Maintains records and files, handles confidential information in compliance with the organisation's procedures.
  • Coaches others in the processes required to complete these tasks.

Training Schedule

Next Level will work closely with you to complete your Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship.

  • We can hire apprentices at any time and hold regular workshops for those on the course
  • These workshops occur once every 2 weeks both online and in our academy in Bristol City Centre
  • You will get specific 1-2-1 tutoring and regular reviews between you tutor, manager and yourself to ensure you are meeting deadlines and staying on top of your work
  • If required, we can also provide Functional Skills in maths and English throughout your apprenticeship

Desirable Qualifications

  • GCSE in:
    • English (grade 4)
    • Maths (grade 4)

Share if you have other relevant qualifications and industry experience. The apprenticeship can be adjusted to reflect what you already know.
