Base Lettings are a leading Property Investment and lettings company with a property portfolio of over £100m. We aim to provide investors and tenants the opportunity to invest and live in prime developments across the UK and are constantly acquiring new sites for conversion and redevelopment.
Most of your apprenticeship is spent working. You’ll learn on the job by getting hands-on experience. Apprenticeships include time away from working for specialist training. You’ll study to gain professional knowledge and skills.
Requirements
- Skilled in the use of multiple IT packages and systems relevant to the organisation (e.g., MS Office or equivalent packages) to write letters or emails, create proposals, perform financial processes, and record/analyse data.
- Able to choose the most appropriate IT solution for a business problem.
- Able to update and review databases, record information, and produce data analysis.
- Produces accurate records and documents (emails, letters, files, payments, reports, proposals).
- Makes recommendations for improvements and presents solutions to management.
- Drafts correspondence, writes reports, and reviews others' work.
- Maintains records and files, handles confidential information in compliance with procedures.
- Coaches others in required processes.
- Exercises proactivity and good judgment, making effective decisions based on sound reasoning.
- Deals with challenges in a mature way and seeks advice from experienced team members when appropriate.
- Builds and maintains positive relationships within their own team and across the organisation.
- Demonstrates ability to influence and challenge appropriately.
- Becomes a role model to peers and team members, developing coaching skills.
- Demonstrates good communication skills (face-to-face, telephone, written, digital), using appropriate channels and agility.
- Answers questions from inside and outside the organisation, representing the organisation or department.
- Completes tasks to a high standard, applying necessary expertise and continuously improving their work.
- Reviews processes autonomously and makes suggestions for improvements.
- Shares administrative best-practice across the organisation.

- Apprenticeship training at Nottingham College: Business administrator (level 3).
- Functional Skills in English and maths if required.
- 21 months inclusive of 3-month EPA period.
- Monthly college attendance - one day per month at Nottingham City Hub Campus.
- Sit an end-point assessment.
