Business Administration Apprentice (Estate Agency - Property Maintenance Team)

Support the team in a dynamic estate agency by booking viewings, answering phone calls, sending emails, managing paperwork, and helping the team run smoothly. Gain hands-on office experience while working towards a recognised qualification.

Requirements

  • Full UK driving licence and access to a car required due to property visits and inspections.
  • GCSE in English (grade 4)
  • GCSE in Maths (grade 4)
  • Share if you have other relevant qualifications and industry experience. The apprenticeship can be adjusted to reflect what you already know.

Responsibilities

  • Answering tenant and landlord calls and responding to email
  • Carry out property inspections when tenants move out, checking furniture and fixtures
  • Support the lettings and property maintenance team with arranging repairs, inspections, and contractor visits
  • Book property viewings, inspections, and maintenance appointments
  • Arrange meetings and manage diaries for the lettings and property maintenance team
  • Assist with day-to-day admin tasks in the property maintenance team
  • Keep property, tenant, and maintenance records up to date
  • Complete paperwork for lettings, tenancy agreements, and maintenance jobs

Benefits

  • Wage: £14,560 a year
  • Training course: Business administrator (level 3)
  • Hours: Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 17:00 (One Saturday per month 09:00 - 13:00). 1 hour lunch break. 35 hours a week
  • Start date: Monday 20 July 2026
  • Duration: 1 year 3 months
  • Positions available: 1
  • Apprenticeships include time away from working for specialist training. You’ll study to gain professional knowledge and skills.
  • Your earnings can increase over time with an apprenticeship.
  • The apprentice can develop into a full-time position, gaining hands-on experience in lettings and property administration, with the potential to progress towards becoming a fully qualified estate agent.
