Business Administration Apprentice (Estate Agency - Sales Negotiator)
Join Belvoir! as a Business Administrator Apprentice.
This is a fantastic opportunity to build a career in the busy estate agency, gaining hands-on experience supporting Sales Negotiators with property viewings, speaking with buyers and sellers, arranging appointments, and keeping the office running smoothly.
Requirements

Full UK driving licence and access to a car required due to property visits and inspections.

Skilled in the use of multiple IT packages and systems relevant to the organisation (e.g., MS Office or equivalent).

Able to choose the most appropriate IT solution to suit the business problem.

Able to update and review databases, record information and produce data analysis.
-
Produces accurate records and documents including: emails, letters, files, payments, reports and proposals.

Makes recommendations for improvements and present solutions to management.

Drafts correspondence, writes reports and able to review others' work.

Maintains records and files, handles confidential information in compliance with organisational procedures.

Exercises proactivity and good judgement. Makes effective decisions based on sound reasoning and is able to deal with challenges in a mature way.

Seeks advice of more experienced team members when appropriate.

Responsibilities

- Speak with buyers, sellers, and prospective customers over the phone, by email, and in person.
- Arrange and carry out property viewings.
- Register new applicants and match them with suitable properties.
- Build strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and vendors.
- Book property valuations and appointments for the sales team.
- Keep property listings and customer records up to date.
- Support the Sales Negotiators with day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Progress sales by liaising with buyers, sellers, solicitors, and mortgage advisors.
- Handle enquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Assist with general office duties in a busy estate agency.
