Business Administration Apprentice
Start your career with us as a Business Administration Apprentice. Earn while you learn, gain a recognised qualification and develop valuable skills supporting our Health, Safety, Wellbeing and Facilities Management team.
What you'll do at work:
- Support the Health, Safety, Wellbeing and Facilities Management team with day-to-day administrative activities
- Organise meetings, manage calendars and help coordinate team activities
- Prepare documents, reports, spreadsheets and presentations
- Take notes in meetings and track actions to ensure tasks are completed
- Maintain accurate records and keep information up to date
- Respond to enquiries and build positive relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
- Assist with health, safety, wellbeing and facilities management projects and initiatives
- Support the planning and delivery of events, campaigns and awareness activities
- Provide administrative support for workplace inspections, audits and compliance activities
- Monitor shared inboxes and ensure enquiries are directed to the appropriate person
- Help identify opportunities to improve processes and ways of working
- Complete apprenticeship learning and coursework alongside your day-to-day role
