Business Administration Apprentice
Provide general administrative duties across departments. Manage emails, correspondence and documentation. Organise and maintain filing systems (digital and paper-based). Schedule meetings, appointments and internal communications. Act as a first point of contact for incoming calls and enquiries. Support communication with customers, suppliers and internal teams. Assist in handling customer queries in a professional and timely manner. Support data entry, record keeping and processes. Assist in preparing documents such as reports, presentations and quotations. Help maintain accurate records within company systems (e.g. CRM, ERP). Assist with procurement and supplier coordination where required. Support continuous improvement and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and organisation.

Requirements
- Communication skills
- IT skills
- Organisation skills
- Punctual
- Ideally has their own transport (means to travel to work)
- Ideally has had some exposure to Microsoft Office packages
- Having had exposure to CRM systems would be advantageous (but not essential).
