Responsibilities
- Communicating over the telephone with customers, clients and colleagues
- Managing email inboxes
- Use excellent customer service continuously
- Organise and report data
- Use of spreadsheets
- Managing in-house computer systems
- Filing, scanning and archiving documents
- Supporting on reception area when required
- Accounts support
- Dealing with post
- Any other admin duties as requested

Benefits
- Wage: £15,600 for your first year, then could increase depending on your age
- Training: Business administrator (level 3)
- Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (37.5 hours per week)
- Duration: 1 year 6 months
- Future Opportunity: Full-time post following completion of the apprenticeship programme
