Responsibilities
- Answering telephones
- Assisting customers with enquiries
- Sending emails/letters
- Filing
- Photocopying
- Scanning documents
- Booking appointments
- Producing accurate records and documents (emails, letters, files, payments, reports, proposals)
- Making recommendations for improvements and presenting solutions to management
- Drafting correspondence and writing reports
- Reviewing others' work
- Maintaining records and files, handling confidential information in compliance with procedures
- Coaching others in required processes
- Building and maintaining positive relationships within their own team and across the organisation
- Influencing and challenging appropriately
- Acting as a role model and developing coaching skills
- Demonstrating good communication skills (face-to-face, telephone, written, digital)
- Using appropriate channels to communicate effectively
- Applying problem-solving skills to resolve complex complaints
- Initiating and completing tasks, managing priorities and time to meet deadlines
