Apprenticeship Details
- Work Schedule: Monday to Sunday, 2 days off (shifts tbc at interview)
- Remote Work: 3 days work from home, 2 days in the office
- Salary: £18 per hour
- Duration: 16 Months
- Location: Salisbury House, Finsbury Circus, London, EC2M 5SQ

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records within the company CRM and database systems.
- Prepare and update candidate and client documentation.
- Manage electronic filing systems and ensure records are kept up to date.
- Support the onboarding process for candidates and clients.
- Assist with compliance checks and documentation.
- Support consultants with advertising vacancies across job boards and social media platforms.
- Review incoming applications and update candidate records.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Prepare candidate profiles and interview packs.
- Communicate interview schedules, feedback, and updates to candidates.
- Act as a professional first point of contact for clients and candidates.
- Build positive working relationships with clients, candidates, and business contacts.
- Support consultants in delivering excellent customer service throughout the recruitment process.
- Respond to enquiries via telephone, email, and online platforms.

Your training plan
You will work towards your Level 3 Business Administrator qualification across a total duration of 16 months!
