Business Administration Apprenticeship - Wokingham
Fisco UK are looking for 3 new Business Support Administrator Apprentices. You will be studying toward your Business Administration apprenticeship L3.
Requirements
- Skilled in the use of multiple IT packages and systems relevant to the organisation (e.g., MS Office or equivalent).
- Able to choose the most appropriate IT solution to suit the business problem.
- Able to update and review databases, record information, and produce data analysis where required.
- Produces accurate records and documents, including emails, letters, files, payments, and reports.
- Makes recommendations for improvements and presents solutions to management.
- Drafts correspondence, writes reports, and reviews others' work.
- Maintains records and files, handles confidential information in compliance with procedures.
- Exercises proactivity and good judgement; makes effective decisions based on sound reasoning.
- Deals with challenges in a mature way and seeks advice when appropriate.
- Builds and maintains positive relationships within their own team and across the organisation.
- Demonstrates ability to influence and challenge appropriately.
- Demonstrates good communication skills (face-to-face, telephone, written, digital).
- Uses the most appropriate communication channels effectively.
- Demonstrates agility and confidence in communications.
- Understands and applies social media solutions appropriately.
- Answers questions from inside and outside the organisation, representing the organisation or department.
- Completes tasks to a high standard and continuously improves their work.
- Reviews processes autonomously and makes suggestions for improvements.

Responsibilities


Get help with your application

- Assist the admin team with reactive requests, quotes, and scheduled tasks.
- Maintain weekly tracking reports for a number of events.
- Deliver general administrative assistance across the team.
- Manage the mailbox, taking relevant actions where appropriate.
- Deal with routine enquiries both by phone and email.
- Coordinate team meetings when required.
- Maintain information on our systems and databases.
