About The Role

What if your MBA could directly shape how AI advises the next generation of business leaders, executives, and strategists? We're looking for Business Administration experts to stress-test cutting-edge AI models on the hardest problems in corporate finance, market strategy, and operations — and help build the gold-standard responses that train them to think like seasoned business professionals.

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role. No AI background needed — just deep business expertise and a sharp eye for rigorous analysis.

Organization: Alignerr
Type: Hourly Contract
Location: Remote
Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

What You'll Do

  • Design Complex Business Challenges — Craft advanced case studies and quantitative problems spanning DCF valuation, market entry strategy, cap table modeling, supply chain optimization, and organizational decision-making
  • Author Gold-Standard Solutions — Write rigorous, step-by-step responses featuring financial statements, strategic frameworks (4Ps, 5Cs, Porter's Five Forces), and executive-level rationales that serve as the benchmark for AI training
  • Audit AI Outputs — Evaluate AI-generated business plans, financial forecasts, and case study analyses for logical consistency, mathematical accuracy, and professional business standards
  • Sharpen AI Reasoning — Identify and document logical failures in AI thinking — from miscalculated WACC and ignored sunk costs to flawed competitive analysis — and provide structured, actionable feedback
  • Set the Bar for Business AI — Ensure that AI can perform as a sophisticated, trustworthy partner for real executive decision-making

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
