About The Role

What if your MBA — your hard-won expertise in finance, strategy, and operations — could directly shape how AI advises the next generation of business leaders? We're looking for Business Administration experts to challenge, evaluate, and train cutting-edge AI models on the most complex topics in corporate decision-making.

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role. No AI background needed — just deep business expertise and a sharp eye for rigorous reasoning.

Organization: Alignerr

Type: Hourly Contract

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

What You'll Do

  • Design Complex Business Challenges — Build advanced case studies and quantitative problems spanning DCF valuation, market entry strategy, supply chain optimization, cap table modeling, and organizational behavior
  • Author Gold-Standard Solutions — Craft rigorous, step-by-step responses — complete with financial statements, strategic frameworks (4Ps, 5Cs, Porter's Five Forces), and executive-level rationales — that serve as the benchmark for AI training
  • Audit AI Reasoning — Evaluate AI-generated business plans, financial forecasts, and strategic analyses for logical consistency, mathematical accuracy, and professional soundness
  • Identify and Fix Flawed Thinking — Catch errors in AI reasoning such as ignoring sunk costs, miscalculating WACC, or failing to account for macroeconomic variables — and provide structured, actionable feedback

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
