About The Role

What if your MBA could directly shape how AI advises executives, models financial scenarios, and reasons through complex business problems? We're looking for experienced business professionals to challenge, evaluate, and improve the world's most advanced AI models — ensuring they can hold their own in the boardroom.

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role built for MBAs who want to do intellectually stimulating work on their own schedule. No prior AI experience required — just deep business expertise and a sharp analytical mind.

Organization: Alignerr
Type: Hourly Contract
Location: Remote
Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

What You'll Do

  • Design Complex Business Challenges — Develop advanced case studies and quantitative problems spanning DCF valuation, market entry strategy, supply chain optimization, cap table modeling, and organizational behavior
  • Author Gold-Standard Solutions — Write rigorous, step-by-step responses that include financial statements, strategic frameworks (4Ps, 5Cs, Porter's Five Forces), and executive-quality rationales that serve as benchmark answers for AI training
  • Audit AI Reasoning — Evaluate AI-generated business plans, financial forecasts, and case analyses for logical consistency, mathematical accuracy, and adherence to professional business standards
  • Refine AI Thinking — Identify and document reasoning failures — such as ignoring sunk costs, miscalculating WACC, or misreading macroeconomic signals — and provide structured, actionable feedback

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
