About The Role
What if your MBA could directly shape how AI advises the next generation of business leaders? We're looking for Business Administration experts to help train and evaluate cutting-edge AI models — stress-testing their reasoning across corporate finance, market strategy, operations, and organizational behavior.

What You'll Do
- Design Complex Business Challenges — Build advanced case studies and quantitative problems spanning DCF valuation, market entry strategy, supply chain optimization, cap table modeling, and more
- Author Gold-Standard Solutions — Write rigorous, step-by-step responses that incorporate financial statements, strategic frameworks (e.g., 4Ps, 5Cs, Porter's Five Forces), and executive-level rationale — the definitive "correct answers" AI learns from
- Audit AI Reasoning — Evaluate AI-generated business plans, financial forecasts, and case analyses for logical consistency, mathematical accuracy, and adherence to professional standards
- Sharpen AI Thinking — Identify and document flaws in AI reasoning — miscalculated WACC, ignored sunk costs, overlooked macroeconomic variables — and provide structured, actionable feedback

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
