About The Role
What if your MBA — your expertise in corporate finance, market strategy, and business operations — could directly shape how AI advises the next generation of executives and business leaders?
We're looking for MBA-qualified professionals to help train and evaluate cutting-edge AI models on real-world business problems. You'll stress-test AI reasoning across domains like DCF valuation, market entry strategy, supply chain logistics, and organizational behavior — documenting gaps and building the gold-standard responses that make AI smarter and more reliable for executive-level applications.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role. No AI background needed — just deep business expertise and a sharp analytical mind.
Organization: Alignerr
Type: Hourly Contract
Location: Remote
Commitment: 10–40 hours/week
What You'll Do
- Design Complex Business Challenges — Create advanced case studies and quantitative problems spanning DCF valuation, cap table modeling, market entry strategy, operations bottlenecks, and more
- Author Ground-Truth Solutions — Develop rigorous, step-by-step model responses featuring financial statements, strategic frameworks (4Ps, 5Cs, Porter's Five Forces), and executive-quality rationales that serve as the benchmark for AI training
- Audit AI-Generated Business Content — Evaluate AI outputs including business plans, financial forecasts, and case study analyses for logical consistency, mathematical accuracy, and adherence to professional standards
- Refine AI Reasoning — Identify and document logical failures in AI outputs — such as ignoring sunk costs, miscalculating WACC, or overlooking macroeconomic variables — and provide structured, actionable feedback
- Work Independently — Complete task-based assignments asynchronously, fully on your own schedule

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
