About The Role

What if your MBA could directly shape how AI advises the next generation of business leaders? We're looking for Business Administration experts to help train and evaluate cutting-edge AI models — ensuring they reason correctly about corporate finance, market strategy, operations, and organizational behavior.

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role. No AI background needed — just deep business expertise, sharp analytical thinking, and a high standard for professional-quality work.

Organization: Alignerr
Type: Hourly Contract
Location: Remote
Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

What You'll Do

  • Design Complex Business Challenges — Develop advanced case studies and quantitative problems spanning DCF valuation, market entry strategy, supply chain optimization, cap table modeling, and more
  • Author Gold-Standard Solutions — Write rigorous, step-by-step responses that include financial statements, strategic frameworks (e.g., 4Ps, 5Cs, Porter's Five Forces), and executive-level rationale that serve as training benchmarks for AI
  • Audit AI Outputs — Evaluate AI-generated business plans, financial forecasts, and case analyses for logical consistency, mathematical accuracy, and adherence to professional standards
  • Sharpen AI Reasoning — Identify and document reasoning failures — such as ignoring sunk costs, miscalculating WACC, or misapplying macroeconomic variables — and provide structured, actionable feedback

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
