Widgety is a fast-growing travel tech company powering digital content for cruise lines and tour operators globally. We are looking for a sharp, organised administrator to help manage clients, keep systems running smoothly, and support our trial and subscription process.
The travel industry runs on great digital content. We make sure it gets delivered, updated, and working for the world's leading cruise and tour brands.
This is a hands-on role. You will be speaking to clients, building Widgets and API-led solutions, managing trial accounts, sending payment links, and keeping our CRM accurate and up to date.
What you will be doing:
Client support and communication
- Be the first point of contact for inbound calls and emails
- Provide clear, professional support to clients throughout their journey

Account and trial management
- Manage clients through their trial period and support conversion to paid subscription
- Send payment links and follow up to support the process
Content and system management
- Build and maintain widgets using established step-by-step processes
- Keep CRM fully updated so records are accurate and nothing is missed
What we are looking for:
- Confident communicator on the phone and in writing
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Proactive and accountable with a strong follow-through mindset
- HubSpot experience is helpful but not required

This is a full-time position (37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday) based in Southampton with hybrid working, so applicants should live within a reasonable travelling distance.
