Job Title: Business Administrator
Employment Type: 12 Months FTC- Full Time
Location: Sheffield, South Yorkshire

Overview
Supporting the operation and administration of in centre and wider team
Key Responsibilities
- Answering client, learner & staff queries designated by the Operations Manager
- Assist with answering phone calls, dealing with queries and taking key messages
- Front of House
- Answering main office phone
- CBE Admission & invigilation
- Meeting & greeting students and clients on reception
- Daily checks after student breaks
- General upkeep of office & centre
- Attendance
- Produce daily course lists
- Marking attendance on internal system
- Reporting absentees to Training Managers
- Checking attendance for the Sheffield centre
- Operations
- Dealing with student queries via email, phone & face to face
- Chase learner consent – monthly
- Add/Remove exams links on website
- Course set up
- Course bookings
- Assist with the administration for quarterly sign ups
- Course date changes
- Key client course monitoring & booking
- Client course reporting
- Update study routes spreadsheet with numbers
- Induction packs for new starters
- Collate ACCA Results data for import
- Ad Hoc reports & requests
- Monitoring & booking of AAT whole level bookings
- Facilities/H&S
- Fortnightly security checks (lanyards)
- Weekly fire exit checks – update log book
- Point of contact for building fire checks
- Upkeep of Sheffield centre including liaising with building managers/contractors – all to be logged and monitored
- Ensure H&S compliance in centre e.g COSHH regulations
- Fortnightly meetings with Operations Manager to discuss facility checks
- Responsible for Bi-annual lockdown and fire evacuation drills – monitored and logged
- Events internal – academies/ad hoc in house
