About the Role
Nuffield Health, the charity driving positive change in UK health and wellbeing, seeks a Business Administrator to join their team at Oxford Hospital.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing and handling customer enquiries and general administrative queries
- Assisting with financial administration
- Addressing and resolving data quality issues
- Collaborating with the Business Administration Manager to optimise processes
- Supporting additional administrative requirements as needed
About You
To thrive in this role, you should:
- Have experience working in a busy, customer-facing business support environment
- Be a confident, customer-focused individual, capable of:
- Managing and interpreting data efficiently and professionally
- Presenting information in a clear, accurate, and timely manner
- Possess, at a minimum:
- GCSE qualifications in English and Maths (or equivalent) Ideally, an NVQ Level 2 in Business and Administration (or equivalent)
- Demonstrate strong IT skills, including proficiency in Excel and Word
- Have excellent typing (keyboard) skills
