The Role
We are looking to appoint a Business Administrator to support the team with the day-to-day administration of recruitment campaigns.

Key responsibilities will include:
- Providing administrative support at key stages of the recruitment process, ensuring Consultants and clients are kept fully informed
- Liaising with clients and candidates, including arranging interviews, meetings and other recruitment-related activity
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of client and candidate communications using the company database
- Preparing assignment documentation to a consistently high standard
About You
We are looking for someone who is immediately available for work, proactive and highly organised, with the ability to prioritise effectively and deliver at pace. You will have strong communication skills, both over the phone and in person, as well as a high level of written accuracy and attention to detail.

To be considered for the role, you will have previous experience in an administrative role, such as Administrator, Business Support, Project Coordinator, PA or Executive Assistant.
