Job Description
Title: Level 3 Business Administration Apprentice
Kick-start your career with a hands-on apprenticeship that provides real responsibility, valued workplace experience, and a nationally recognised Level 3 qualification. Your role will involve supporting daily operations while developing key skills in communication, organisation, and stakeholder management.

Role Purpose
To develop essential business administration skills while supporting the efficient day-to-day running of the organisation. You’ll gain hands-on practical experience across administrative functions, contributing to team goals while progressing towards a Level 3 qualification.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support, including:
- Filing, data entry, photocopying, and document preparation
- Managing incoming/outgoing correspondence (emails, calls, post)
- Maintaining records and updating internal systems
- Act as first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Respond to enquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Support meetings by:
- Preparing agendas
- Taking minutes
- Following up on actions
- Assist with:
- Scheduling meetings
- Managing calendars
- Booking rooms
- Input and manage data using IT systems (e.g., Microsoft Office)
- Contribute ideas to improve administrative efficiency
- Participate in apprenticeship training and complete coursework requirements

Requirements
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
Essential:
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Good verbal and written communication
- Basic IT skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Willingness to learn and develop professionally
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desirable:
- Previous experience in an office or customer service role
- Understanding of administrative processes
- GCSEs (or equivalent), including Maths and English
