Role Overview
Join our team as a Level 3 Business Administration Apprentice—kick-start your career in business administration with a hands-on apprenticeship that offers:
- Real responsibility
- Valuable workplace experience
- A nationally recognised Level 3 qualification
You’ll play a key role in supporting daily operations while developing critical skills in communication, organisation, and stakeholder management. If you’re motivated, eager to learn, and ready to grow, we’d love to hear from you.
Role Purpose
To develop core business administration skills while supporting the efficient day-to-day running of the organisation. You’ll gain practical experience across administrative functions, contributing to team objectives and working towards your Level 3 qualification.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support
- Provide general administrative support, including:
- Filing, data entry, photocopying, and document preparation
- Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, phone calls, post)
- Maintain accurate records and update internal systems

Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as a first point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders
- Respond to enquiries professionally, promptly, and with attentive detail
Meeting & Coordination Support
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on actions
- Assist with scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and booking rooms
Data & IT Management
- Input and manage data using IT systems such as Microsoft Office
- Use basic and intermediate tools like Word, Excel, and Outlook
Process Improvement
- Contribute ideas to improve administrative processes and efficiency
Training & Development
- Actively participate in apprenticeship training
- Complete all coursework requirements
Qualifications
Essential Skills & Experience
- Strong organisational and attention-to-detail capabilities
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Basic IT proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Willingness to learn and develop professionally
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Desirable Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in an office or customer service environment
- Understanding of administrative processes
- GCSEs (or equivalent), including Maths and English
