Business Administrator

£32000-34000 per annum

Based in Park Royal, NW10 7NZ

This is a rare opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join the ITH Group of Companies.

The role is supporting the business of a market leading pharmaceutical manufacturer of Parenteral Nutrition, Chemotherapy and CIVAS which provide batch and bespoke items for adults, paediatrics and neonates to both NHS and private hospitals.

This is a pivotal role within the organisation and requires an experienced administrator to be able to proactively multitask while remaining extremely organised and working to time sensitive deadlines.

The key tasks are:

  • Administration: Assist the Leadership team with organisational and administrative tasks, including minute taking, distribution of minutes and supporting the senior management team with personal administration as required. Further prepare material for all meetings ensure all participants are invited and room bookings are made, including logistics of attendees.
  • Communication: is key with you being the key point of contact for the leadership team, manage internal communication, chase internal/external responses to requests, greet visitors, and cover reception as required to ensure continuity. The role also supports our online pharmacy division as and when necessary.
  • Organisation: you will need to be very organised, managing multiple diaries and schedules including organising companywide meetings, managing multiple internal committees, being involved in the organisation and management of a number of company events and supporting the implementation of our communication plan.

Requirements:

  • Experienced administrator having worked supporting the senior management of a business.
  • Experience in a manufacturing and regulated environment would also be desirable.
  • Advanced IT skills.
  • Excellent communicator.
  • Ability to produce accurate documents from minutes, dictation or amend existing documents to ensure total accuracy.
  • Ability to work to a changing workload and be able to prioritise tasks while juggling changing deadlines.
  • Ability to manage multiuser inputs to projects and ensure projects are completed on time.
