Business Administration Apprentice – Repairs

The Business Administration Apprentice – Repairs will work to support the successful delivery of repairs, compliance, reinvestment, and environmental works by our internal team and contractors.

Duties

  • Committed to learning and gaining qualification within agreed timeframes
  • To carry out the duties and responsibilities of the post in compliance with Plus Dane Housing’s commitment to Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion
  • To provide support across the Repairs and Environmental Teams in the processing of invoices through IT systems and liaising with Contractors and Suppliers in the resolution of queries
  • To support the Scheduling team
  • Support in the timely and accurate updating and storing of company records – Vehicles, Electrical and Gas Compliance Certification, Materials, Contractors
  • Support the Senior Scheduler in the production and distribution of reports
  • Support the Senior Scheduler in the review of system records
  • To provide information to Team Leaders to support the accurate and efficient completion of Timesheet information by Trades Team Staff
  • To co-operate with Plus Dane in complying with relevant health and safety legislation, policies, and procedures in the performance of the duties of the post
  • To maintain confidentiality and observe data protection and associated guidelines where appropriate
  • To undertake any other similar duties as may be reasonably be expected of the post holder
