Join fast-paced property agency in Birmingham as a Business Administrator Apprentice, supporting property managers across lettings, sales, and management. You will answer calls, assist with viewings, complete paperwork, and support day-to-day property management, with clear progression and a long-term career in estate agency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer enquiries professionally
  • Assist property managers with day-to-day administration
  • Support and attend property viewings where required
  • Prepare, update, and file property-related paperwork
  • Update internal systems and property listings accurately
  • Liaise with landlords, tenants, and contractors
  • Support the lettings, sales, and property management teams
  • Provide general office and administrative support
