- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer enquiries professionally
- Assist property managers with day-to-day administration
- Support and attend property viewings where required
- Prepare, update, and file property-related paperwork
- Update internal systems and property listings accurately
- Liaise with landlords, tenants, and contractors
- Support the lettings, sales, and property management teams
- Provide general office and administrative support.
