Our vibrant and busy medical practice is looking for an enthusiastic Business Administration / Customer Service Apprentice to join our friendly team.
The successful candidate will receive, assist, and direct patients in accessing the appropriate healthcare service or medical professional in a courteous, efficient, and effective manner.
Main Responsibilities
- Administration reception duties
- Using computer systems, including Microsoft Office
- Maintaining confidentiality (GDPR & Data Protection training provided)
- Health & Safety responsibilities (training provided)
- Equality and Diversity awareness (training provided)
- Personal and professional development
- Quality control
- Communicating effectively with colleagues and patients
- Supporting the implementation of services
- General office and reception duties as required
