Our vibrant and busy medical practice is looking for an enthusiastic Business Administration / Customer Service Apprentice to join our friendly team.

The successful candidate will receive, assist, and direct patients in accessing the appropriate healthcare service or medical professional in a courteous, efficient, and effective manner.

Main Responsibilities

  • Administration reception duties
  • Using computer systems, including Microsoft Office
  • Maintaining confidentiality (GDPR & Data Protection training provided)
  • Health & Safety responsibilities (training provided)
  • Equality and Diversity awareness (training provided)
  • Personal and professional development
  • Quality control
  • Communicating effectively with colleagues and patients
  • Supporting the implementation of services
  • General office and reception duties as required
