The Business Administrator Level 3 Apprenticeship at Norwood Medical Centre involves providing efficient administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the GP surgery.
Responsibilities
- Managing patient referrals
- Supporting clinical staff

Key Duties
- Handling patient inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms
- Booking appointments
- Updating patient data in EMIS
- Processing referrals through ERS
- Ensuring confidentiality
