Business Administrator / Retail Support Assistant Apprentice

An exciting opportunity to develop a career in business administration with Walkers Euronics. This varied apprenticeship offers experience in customer service, digital systems, stock control and retail support and is ideal for organised, customer-focused candidates looking to progress.

Most of your apprenticeship is spent working. You’ll learn on the job by getting hands-on experience.

Responsibilities

  • Act as first point of contact for customers in-store, on the phone and by email
  • Assist with customer enquiries, orders, product advice and after-sales support
  • Update and maintain website content, pricing and product listings
  • Process warranty claims, returns, exchanges and service requests
  • Book stock in/out and maintain accurate system records
  • Coordinate deliveries and update customers on schedules
  • Support EPOS system updates and product information management
  • Assist with repair administration and engineer bookings
  • Provide general admin support to the sales team
  • Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
  • Help keep the showroom organised and welcoming

  • GCSE in Maths & English (grade 4)
  • Driving licence is desirable
