Pubity Group reaches over 300 million people across Pubity, Memezar, Film Seal, Dad Says Jokes, Fluffy and Zar. Our Studio is the creative engine behind how brands show up in that world, making content that earns its place in feeds rather than interrupting them.

We're looking for a Business Affairs Manager to own our contract workflow and become the hub that keeps our commercial growth moving.

The Role

We're scaling fast and need someone to own our contract workflow end-to-end. You'll be the central point of contact between Sales, Client Services and our external legal partners.

You'll review and negotiate commercial terms with brand and agency partners (IP ownership, licensing, usage rights). It's a hands-on role with real autonomy.

What You'll Do

  • Act as the central point of contact for the commercial teams, owning all contract negotiations and legal matters end-to-end.
  • Review and negotiate commercial terms with brand and agency partners, including IP ownership, licensing terms and usage rights.
  • Create and maintain standardised contract templates and playbooks so routine agreements can move through without needing outside counsel every time.
  • Run training sessions with Sales and Client Services so the team can handle more contracts themselves and reduce unnecessary escalations.
  • Review and negotiate production partner agreements, talent contracts, location and talent releases and production insurance.
  • Provide advertising regulatory and content clearance advice to the commercial teams.
  • Escalate complex or high-risk matters to external counsel and manage that relationship directly on behalf of the business.
  • Monitor contract turnaround times, identify bottlenecks and implement improvements to our contracting process.
  • Transition the business from its current interim contract workflow to a permanent, scalable function.
  • Partner with Finance and Operations on legal, compliance and risk matters as needed.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
