Business Analyst
Role Description
We are seeking a highly analytical and business-focused Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. The successful candidate will collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, identify process improvement opportunities, and support the delivery of effective business solutions.
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting requirement elicitation workshops
- Analyzing business processes
- Preparing business requirement documents (BRDs), functional specifications, user stories, and process flows
- Ensuring alignment with organizational objectives
The Business Analyst will work closely with product owners, developers, quality assurance teams, and end users throughout the project lifecycle to:
- Clarify requirements
- Support solution design
- Facilitate user acceptance testing
- Ensure successful implementation

Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills are essential to ensure business requirements are translated into practical and value-driven solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies, business process modeling, and requirements management.
- Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile or Scrum methodologies.
- Ability to gather, analyze, document, and validate business and functional requirements.
- Familiarity with process mapping, workflow analysis, and business process improvement techniques.
- Basic understanding of data analysis, reporting, and SQL concepts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with business analysis and project collaboration tools.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at different organizational levels.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality documentation.
- A proactive mindset, attention to detail, and commitment to continuous improvement and business excellence.
