Role Description
We are seeking a motivated and analytical Business Analyst (Entry / Junior) to support business analysis, process improvement, and data-driven decision-making across the organization. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and contribute to projects that enhance operational efficiency and business performance.
The Business Analyst will assist in collecting and documenting business requirements, analyzing workflows, preparing reports, and supporting the implementation of business solutions. This role requires strong analytical thinking, effective communication, and a willingness to learn business processes, technologies, and project methodologies while working in a collaborative environment.

The Business Analyst will collaborate with business units, project managers, product teams, and technical teams to ensure business needs are accurately translated into practical solutions. Responsibilities include:
- Supporting testing activities
- Validating business requirements
- Tracking action items
- Preparing meeting documentation
- Assisting with business process optimization and organizational initiatives

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to interpret business data and identify practical solutions.
- Basic understanding of business analysis principles, business processes, and project management concepts.
- Ability to gather, organize, analyze, and document business requirements accurately.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with data analysis, reporting tools, and business intelligence concepts is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to prepare reports, presentations, and documentation.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering accurate, high-quality work.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate professionally with stakeholders.
- Willingness to learn new business systems, analytical tools, and industry best practices.
- Ability to adapt to changing business requirements in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to continuous learning, professional growth, and process improvement.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a positive attitude and a customer-focused mindset.
