We are partnering with a global leader in recruitment solutions, connecting top talent with innovative companies across various industries. They are seeking a pivotal individual to drive digital transformation initiatives for a major enterprise client.
The Role
- Lead requirements gathering and analysis for a remote access transformation program.
- Document business requirements relating to Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), Zscaler, Operational Technology (OT), IoT, and remote access.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineering teams, security, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable deliverables.
- Map current state processes and user journeys, identifying gaps and undocumented dependencies.
- Define future state processes aligned with program objectives and security standards.
- Support the creation of solution options and ensure alignment with architectural principles.

What You'll Need
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in infrastructure, security, remote access, or cloud transformation.
- Strong understanding of Azure Virtual Desktop, user personas, and remote access workflows.
- Experience with Zscaler or similar secure remote access technologies.
- Exposure to Operational Technology (OT) and IoT environments, including device connectivity and security.
- Experience working in FMCG or retail environments, ideally with store-based technology.
- Excellent stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
