Chippenham (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)
We are seeking a Business Analyst to join a highly operational, technology-driven environment delivering bespoke software solutions within a complex production setting.
You will play a key role in bridging the gap between business operations and development teams, working with real-time data, integrated systems, and fast-moving workflows to design and deliver practical, scalable solutions.
This role sits within a collaborative technology function and requires a hands-on individual who is comfortable working close to the detail. You will gain exposure to complex system integrations, high-volume transactional data, and time-critical delivery processes.
This opportunity is ideal for someone with strong technical experience who enjoys working in fast-paced, delivery-focused environments and wants to have a direct impact on business performance.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
