Salary: £35,000 per annum

Help shape smarter financial decisions that drive business performance.

The Role

We're looking for a Business Analyst to join our Corporate services team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with at least two years' experience who enjoys analysing business processes, working with stakeholders, and identifying opportunities to improve the way Finance operates.

You'll work closely with finance and business teams to gather requirements, support change initiatives, and deliver practical solutions that improve efficiency, reporting, and decision-making.

What You'll Do

  • Analyse data, identify opportunities for process improvement, and support the delivery of business change initiatives.
  • Produce clear business requirements, process maps, user stories, and supporting documentation.
  • Collaborate with project teams, technology teams, and business users to ensure successful solution delivery.
  • Support testing, implementation, and post-implementation reviews to ensure business objectives are achieved.

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years' experience as a Business Analyst, ideally delivering business and technology change within Financial Services or regulated environments.
  • Experience gathering, analysing and documenting business requirements, facilitating stakeholder workshops, and supporting end-to-end change delivery.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on process optimisation, innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Experience working with Finance teams or finance-related processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI and Power Automate to support reporting, analytics and workflow automation.
  • Strong technical aptitude, with the ability to translate business requirements into effective technology solutions and collaborate with technical teams.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication and organisational skills, with strong attention to detail.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
