Business Analyst – Space Range & Display (SRD)
Location: Paddington Waterside Head Office (Hybrid)
Contract: 12 Months
Rate: £500 per day (Inside IR35)
The Role
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong Food Retail and Space Range & Display (SRD) experience to join an established retail transformation programme.
The successful candidate will join the existing Space Range and Display (SRD) team as a backfill resource, enabling Business SMEs to focus on a critical migration programme. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, business teams, technology teams, and third-party suppliers to support programme delivery and ensure successful outcomes.
This role requires hands-on experience across range, display, and planogram processes, with the ability to operate in a fast-paced retail environment and bring structure, clarity, and strong delivery focus.
Key Responsibilities
- Work within the Space Range & Display (SRD) team supporting business-critical migration activities.
- Apply practical SRD knowledge across retail range and display processes.
- Support the use and optimisation of planogram generation activities.
- Demonstrate working knowledge of Blue Yonder solutions.
- Collaborate with business SMEs, technology teams, and third-party suppliers.
- Manage critical paths, dependencies, risks, and delivery milestones.
- Provide strong programme delivery support and ensure activities remain aligned to business objectives.
- Translate complex business requirements into clear actions and deliverables.
- Create clarity from limited or ambiguous information.
- Support stakeholder engagement across operational teams and senior leadership.

Skills & Experience Required
- Strong experience within Food Retail environments.
- Hands-on experience with Space Range & Display (SRD) processes.
- Strong understanding of range planning, space management, and display activities.
- Experience working with planogram generation tools.
- Some knowledge of Blue Yonder is highly desirable.
- Proven Business Analyst experience supporting transformation or migration programmes.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing critical paths and programme delivery activities.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and external suppliers.
