Are you an experienced Business Analyst with a passion for Agile delivery, stakeholder engagement, and developing team capability? We're looking for someone who can not only deliver high-quality business analysis but also coach and support teams to enhance their Agile ways of working.

Locations:

  • London
  • Milton Keynes
  • East Kilbride (Hybrid working available)

Rate: Up to £450pd

Clearance Requirements

  • Active SC Clearance (essential)
  • British National (essential)

The Role

As a Business Analyst, you'll work closely with stakeholders and delivery teams to drive successful outcomes while helping to build Agile capability across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Elicit, analyse, and document business requirements.
  • Work collaboratively with stakeholders to translate business needs into deliverable solutions.
  • Coach and mentor teams on Agile delivery best practices.
  • Support knowledge transfer and encourage continuous improvement.
  • Organise and deliver training to upskill colleagues and enhance organisational capability.
  • Promote effective workload management and Agile delivery practices.
  • Support teams using Azure DevOps to manage requirements, backlogs, and delivery (preferred).
  • Adapt your approach to meet the needs of different teams and stakeholders.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst within Agile delivery environments.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience coaching or mentoring teams and sharing best practices.
  • Ability to facilitate workshops and support knowledge transfer.
  • Experience organising or delivering training is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps is preferred.
  • Adaptable, collaborative, and committed to driving continuous improvement.
