Business Analyst
Business Analysts (Curam)
Linnk Group are currently supporting a large enterprise customer with a Curam service, we are looking for enthusiastic Business Analysts to join the team and help with the customer delivery of the service for a remote 12-Month contract engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyse and document business and functional requirements.
- Facilitate workshops with business users, SMEs and technical teams.
- Produce user stories, business process maps, use cases and functional specifications.
- Translate business requirements into Cúram functional designs.
- Analyse current ("As-Is") and future ("To-Be") business processes.
- Participate in backlog refinement, sprint planning and UAT activities.
- Manage requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify process improvements and recommend best practice solutions.

Essential Skills & Experience
IBM Cúram Experience
- Proven experience working with IBM Cúram Social Program Management
- Experience with Version 7 or Version 8
- Strong understanding of Cúram modules and business capabilities
- Experience supporting implementation, migration or enhancement projects
Business Analysis

- IBM Certified Cúram Professional
- IBM Certified Cúram Business Analyst
- IBM Certified SPM Consultant
- Experience working on government digital transformation programmes
- Candidates currently holding security clearance
Trade-Off Criteria
Candidates without IBM Cúram certification may still be considered where they possess one or more of the following:
- Significant IBM Cúram v7/v8 project experience
- Strong ERP Business Analyst background
- Experience on large public sector transformation programmes
- Welfare, social care or citizen services domain expertise
- Experience implementing enterprise case management solutions
- Proven delivery within regulated government environments
