We’re looking for a skilled Business Analyst to join our team and play a pivotal role in driving the success of our projects. You’ll act as the bridge between our clients, stakeholders, and development teams, ensuring that business needs are fully understood and translated into effective solutions.
This is an exciting opportunity to work on diverse software projects, contribute to strategic decision-making, and make a tangible impact in a forward-thinking organisation.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements
- Translate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements for software development teams
- Facilitate workshops, meetings, and interviews with clients to ensure alignment of goals
- Develop detailed business process models, user stories, and use cases
- Conduct gap analyses and identify opportunities for process improvement
- Work closely with project managers to ensure timely delivery of projects
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle

Experience and Qualifications
- Strong understanding of business process modelling and requirements gathering techniques
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban)
- Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar
- Ability to analyse complex data and present actionable insights
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within a software or technology-focused environment
