Job Title: Business Analyst/Project Manager
Location: London - hybrid
Contract Only, Until 31st March 2027
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst / Project Manager with deep MiFID II expertise, particularly in transaction reporting and RTS 22 under-reporting remediation. This is a London-based contract role supporting a regulatory change and controls programme.
The successful candidate will be a proactive self-starter who can independently lead workstreams, facilitate stakeholder workshops, and drive outcomes across business, operations, technology, and compliance teams. They must be confident challenging regulatory interpretations, validating reporting requirements, and translating regulatory obligations into practical business and technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and facilitate workshops with Compliance, Operations, Technology, Risk, and business stakeholders.
- Elicit, document, and challenge business requirements, regulatory interpretations, and current processes.
- Drive delivery across multiple stakeholders, ensuring actions, dependencies, and issues are effectively managed.
- Perform gap analysis, root cause investigations, and impact assessments relating to transaction reporting controls and processes.
- Work closely with Compliance and SMEs to ensure reporting obligations are correctly interpreted and implemented.
Required Experience

- Strong hands-on experience delivering MiFID II regulatory change initiatives within financial services.
- Deep knowledge of RTS 22 transaction reporting, including reporting requirements, governance, controls, reconciliations, and remediation of under-reporting issues.
- Proven ability to independently lead workshops, manage stakeholders, and drive programmes forward with minimal oversight.
- Experience engaging and constructively challenging Compliance and regulatory SMEs.
- Strong Business Analysis and Project Management skills, including requirements gathering, process mapping, issue management, and delivery coordination.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
