Join one of the UK’s largest electrical wholesalers as we reimagine our technology for the digital age.

We’re modernising our legacy systems and building new platforms powered by AWS and AI — and we need creative minds to help us shape the future!

Life as a Business Analyst on our ERP Programme:

We're looking for an experienced Business Analyst to play a pivotal role in one of the most significant transformation programmes in our organisation's history.

As we modernise our core business systems through a large-scale ERP transformation, you'll work at the heart of the programme—partnering with business stakeholders, technology teams and delivery partners to understand how our business operates today and help design how it will operate tomorrow.

This is an opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving complex business challenges and is motivated by delivering tangible outcomes rather than producing documentation for documentation's sake.

If you're commercially minded, naturally curious and confident engaging with stakeholders at every level, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing:

You'll act as the bridge between the business and technology teams, ensuring our ERP solution delivers real business value across key operational functions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Partner with stakeholders across the business to understand operational challenges, strategic priorities and future business requirements.
  • Run workshops, interviews and process discovery sessions to capture current and future state processes.
  • Analyse complex business processes across retail, wholesale, supply chain, logistics, warehousing, procurement, inventory and finance functions.
  • Translate business requirements into clear, prioritised user stories, functional requirements and acceptance criteria.
  • Challenge existing ways of working, identifying opportunities to simplify, standardise and improve business processes.
  • Collaborate closely with Commercial Business Experts, Directors of Operations, Business Leadership, Solution Architects, Project Managers, Developers and third-party implementation partners throughout the delivery lifecycle.
  • Support solution design, ensuring proposed ERP capabilities align with business objectives and operational needs.
  • Facilitate decision making by balancing business priorities, technical constraints and programme timelines.
  • Manage requirements through change, ensuring traceability from discovery through to implementation.
  • Support testing, business readiness, user acceptance testing (UAT) and successful business adoption.
  • Identify risks, assumptions, dependencies and impacts across workstreams, proactively escalating where appropriate.
  • Drive continuous improvement and champion best practice business analysis throughout the programme.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
