About The Role

We are seeking a dedicated Business Analyst - Transformation to join our dynamic team at Jet2.com. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping and executing strategic transformation initiatives that drive the company's growth and operational efficiency. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze complex business problems, identify opportunities for improvement, and translate these into actionable plans. Your expertise will help ensure that our transformation projects align with our overall business goals and deliver measurable value.   • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within large or complex organizational settings.
  • A strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and structure ambiguity.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and scaled environments.
  • The judgment to apply appropriate techniques throughout project lifecycles.
  • A proactive and inquisitive approach, combined with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Relevant qualifications in Business Analysis, Project Management, or related fields are advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Lead early-stage analysis for complex, strategic programs, shaping ideas from problem definition through to clear, actionable outcomes before delivery begins.
  • Explore and articulate business problems and opportunities, translating them into well-defined requirements that guide project development.
  • Produce high-quality analysis artefacts such as problem statements, process models, and user journeys to facilitate understanding and decision-making.
  • Ensure that outcomes of upfront analysis are well-understood and collaborate with product teams to prepare items for seamless transition into delivery phases.
  • Build strong partnerships across various internal departments to develop a comprehensive understanding of business operations and system support mechanisms.
  • Develop and maintain subject matter expertise across Jet2.com’s products, platforms, and processes, providing trusted insights and guidance to stakeholders.
