Salesforce Business Analyst

Location: Knutsford, UK – Hybrid (2–3 days onsite per week)

Duration: 6-12 Months Contract

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to join a large-scale transformation programme within the banking and financial services sector. The ideal candidate will have extensive Salesforce Business Analysis experience, strong Financial Services Cloud expertise, and a proven track record of delivering enterprise Salesforce transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyse, and document business requirements.
  • Translate business requirements into user stories, epics, and functional specifications.
  • Work closely with Product Owners, Architects, Developers, QA, Data, and Integration teams.
  • Lead workshops and stakeholder discussions to define business solutions.
  • Identify programme risks, dependencies, and opportunities for process improvement.
  • Support end-to-end delivery from discovery through implementation.
  • Challenge and influence senior stakeholders to drive business decisions.
  • Ensure successful Agile delivery across multiple workstreams.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 10+ years of Business Analysis experience with Salesforce.
  • Strong experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
  • Good knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud.
  • Exposure to Salesforce Agentforce capabilities.
  • Strong Banking or Financial Services domain experience.
  • Experience working on large enterprise Salesforce transformation programmes.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and managing backlogs.
  • Ability to work independently and lead complex workstreams.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in enterprise CRM implementations.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce integrations and data migration.
  • Experience working in regulated banking environments.

Work Arrangement

  • Hybrid working (2–3 days per week onsite in Knutsford).
  • Travel to the London office approximately once per month.
