Business Analyst Intern (Unpaid)

Role Description
This is an on-site, unpaid internship for a Business Analyst based in the United Kingdom. This position is designed to offer valuable industry experience, mentoring, and professional development.
As a Business Analyst Intern, you will conduct data analysis, gather and document business requirements, analyze market trends, and support project development. Working closely with our leadership and cross-functional teams, you will help identify improvement opportunities and create detailed reports to aid decision-making processes. This role is critical in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions to achieve organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and technical requirements.
- Analyze operational data and market trends to help optimize our product offerings and supply chain.
- Create clear reports, data visualizations, and presentations to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional team members on key business development projects.
- Help monitor and document project milestones and workflows.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Management, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a passion for drawing actionable insights from data.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (vlookups, pivot tables) and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for team collaboration.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Familiarity with SQL, visualization tools (like Tableau or Power BI), or basic programming is a plus but not required.
- Familiarity with project management concepts is a plus.
