Business Analyst – EMEA

Location: Milton Keynes (Hybrid)

About The Role

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our EMEA Finance team.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting operational performance across the EMEA Certification business. Working closely with Finance, Operational Leadership, and Customer Planning teams, you will provide meaningful insight through reporting, analysis, and dashboard development that helps drive business decisions and improve operational efficiency.

You'll be responsible for transforming complex operational data into clear, actionable insights, identifying trends and opportunities, and supporting leaders with the information they need to improve performance, resource utilisation, and commercial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports and KPIs to support business performance and decision-making.
  • Analyse operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities that improve efficiency and resource utilisation.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and visual reporting that provide clear insights for operational and commercial teams.
  • Partner with Finance Business Partners and operational leaders to support forecasting, workforce planning, and performance reporting.
  • Provide analysis of workload capacity, product mix, utilisation, and recruitment demand across the region.
  • Support sales and revenue reporting, helping identify commercial opportunities and business performance trends.
  • Respond to business reporting requests and provide analytical support across multiple functions.
  • Continuously improve reporting processes by identifying opportunities for automation, standardisation, and greater efficiency.
  • Ensure reporting is accurate, timely, and supports informed business decision-making.

Essential

What we're looking for

  • Experience working in a Business Analyst, Reporting Analyst, Finance Analyst, or similar analytical role.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and communicate meaningful insights.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis and modelling.
  • Experience creating dashboards and performance reports for business stakeholders.
  • Excellent attention to detail with strong organisational skills.
  • Confident communicator who can work effectively with both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
  • A proactive approach with a passion for continuous improvement and process optimisation.

Highly desirable

  • Experience using Power BI or other data visualisation tools.
  • Knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems.
  • Experience supporting operational or commercial performance reporting.
  • Experience driving reporting automation and process improvements.

Salary Range

UK = £31,450 - £35,000

The advertised salary range reflects the level, scope and responsibilities of the role. Starting salary within that range will be determined based on experience, skills, market considerations and alignment with internal equity principles.
