Business Analyst – Bristol/Somerset - £45k-50k – Hybrid
We're looking for a Business Analyst to join a well-established organisation that delivers industry-leading print, mail and digital communication solutions.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative Project Management team where you'll play a key role in delivering business change, improving processes and supporting digital transformation. Working closely with Project Managers, IT and operational teams, you'll help shape solutions that improve efficiency across both internal operations and customer-facing projects.
What you'll be doing:
- Gather, analyse and document business, functional and system requirements.
- Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into clear technical documentation.
- Produce Business Requirements Documents, Functional Specifications, user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Analyse and improve business processes, identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency.
- Support projects delivered using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Facilitate workshops and requirements gathering sessions.
- Support testing and ensure solutions meet agreed business requirements.
- Contribute to the business's ongoing digital transformation and increasing use of AI.

About you
You'll ideally have:
- Experience as a Business Analyst within IT or/and Business Change projects.
- Strong understanding of Software Delivery Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Solid requirements gathering and documentation skills.
- Experience of process mapping and business process improvement.
- Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
- Experience using Microsoft Office and Visio (or similar process mapping tools).
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
