Salesforce Business Analyst
Location: Knutsford, UK – Hybrid (2–3 days onsite per week)
Contract: 6 Months
Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst with a strong background in Banking and Financial Services to join a large-scale Salesforce transformation programme. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience delivering enterprise Salesforce solutions, with expertise in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC), Data Cloud, and a good understanding of Agentforce capabilities.
This role requires someone who can independently lead complex business workstreams, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive successful delivery from business discovery through technology implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead business discovery workshops and gather, analyse, and document complex business requirements.
- Translate business needs, customer journeys, and operational processes into detailed functional requirements and user stories.
- Own end-to-end delivery of assigned workstreams from requirements through implementation and business adoption.
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Architects, Developers, Data, Integration, Testing, and Business stakeholders.
- Drive Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and user story prioritisation.
- Identify programme dependencies, risks, and delivery gaps, ensuring timely resolution.
- Challenge and influence senior stakeholders to achieve business objectives and delivery outcomes.
- Support solution design by ensuring business requirements align with Salesforce platform capabilities.
- Provide guidance and mentoring to junior Business Analysts where required.
- Ensure solutions comply with banking regulatory, governance, and control standards.

Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or Salesforce Functional Consultant.
- Strong experience delivering enterprise Salesforce transformation programmes.
- Proven expertise in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
- Experience working with Salesforce Data Cloud.
- Good understanding of Salesforce Agentforce capabilities.
- Strong Banking and Financial Services domain knowledge.
- Experience writing high-quality business requirements, functional specifications, process flows, and user stories.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior business and technology leaders.
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced programme environment.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Experience
- Experience working on large-scale CRM transformation programmes.
- Exposure to Salesforce integrations and enterprise architecture.
- Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements within Banking and Financial Services.
- Salesforce certifications are highly desirable.
