Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong Capital Markets domain expertise to support strategic initiatives within Repo Trading, Collateral Management, and Derivatives-related projects. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and technology teams to gather requirements, define solutions, and drive successful delivery across global markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and document business requirements, translating them into functional and technology solutions.
- Support initiatives related to Repo Trade Capture, Position Inventory Management, Collateral Optimization, and Term Repo Lifecycle Management.
- Prepare BRDs, user stories, process flows, and ensure end-to-end traceability of requirements and test cases.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, development teams, and product owners to track delivery progress and manage dependencies.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and maintain project documentation in JIRA and Confluence.
- Provide regular project updates and stakeholder communications.

Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst within Capital Markets or Financial Markets.
- Strong understanding of Repo, Reverse Repo, Securities Lending, and Fixed Income products.
- Knowledge of Bonds, Mortgage-Backed Securities (MBS), Agency Securities, T-Notes, and T-Bills.
- Experience with requirement gathering, BRDs, stakeholder management, and Agile delivery.
- Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
- Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in eTrading, RFQ, STP, and Trade Capture processes.
- Exposure to Dealer Web, Bloomberg (BBG), BGC, GLMX, Tullett, Tradition, or ION platforms.
- Knowledge of Collateral Management, Margin Processing, Haircuts, Clearing & Settlement.
- Understanding of Market Risk and General Collateral Curves.
Mandatory Skill: Capital Markets (including Derivatives) and Repo domain expertise.
