Business Analyst
Day rate: £500-£550 per day, Outside IR35
Location: London - hybrid, 2 days per week onsite
Our client is a major international publishing group with a large-scale warehouse and distribution network supporting operations across multiple sites. They are investing in the modernisation of their warehouse systems and are looking for a Business Analyst to join their Warehouse and Distribution Systems team on a contract basis.
You will work closely with the Warehouse Operational Team and wider Supply Chain stakeholders to gather and document requirements, supporting the Senior Business Analyst in prioritising work and translating business needs into clear, actionable specifications for a strategic technology programme.

We are looking for
- Knowledge of WMS solutions and operations, with experience of automation WCS integration with a WMS
- Strong communication, analytical and critical thinking skills
- Experience authoring business, functional and technical requirements and specification documents
- Proficiency with tools such as Jira or Confluence
- Familiarity with project management and change management processes

- Experience working within a supply chain or logistics environment
- Exposure to test and release processes
- Experience engaging senior business stakeholders on a change programme
